очень жалею, что не хватает мне знания языка, чтобы слушать лекции((( буду гуглить себе книжку какую-нибудь про позитивную психологию уже на русском)

в общем, проходить надо сразу - он не запоминает и если вечером часть на устро часть - не работает. я так пробовала пришлось заново все делать. так что когда все спят идеальный момент)
